I am 15 years old and just this past winter i've gained a little weight. I'm only five foot and weigh like 110. I would like to start a routine workout but I dont know how to get started? Do you guys have any ideas of what to do?
 
Exercise and eat right. If you are a member of the GAC, come get a fitness orientation to learn how to use the equipment correctly. Also, we have G^3 available which explains proper exercise protocols and nutrition 101. If you are not a member, try walking 3 times weekly for at least 30 minutes and watch what you eat. Fruit and vegetables should be included into your diet along with whole grains and lean proteins. Call a personal training to schedule an appointment, if you need more specifics.
