I am a very active person and right now i am participating in Tae Kwon Do. In July I will test for my black belt. I do tae kwon do for 5 nights a week and aerobic classes before that. On the days i have off i lift weights and run. I also teach tae kwon do so i need a lot of energy. Since my schedule has been hectic with classes, teaching, and getting myself prepared for my test i have been tired lately. I would like to know what an adequate meal plan is so i do not get injured b/c i went through that already. So if you could email me and help me then i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
