I am very fit, have no stomach fat, and muscular arms and legs. However, I have an excessive amount of fat on my butt. My waist is slim, but my butt is just way too big. What can I do to get rid of the fat on my butt?
 
Embrace your curves!!! You are blessed with a round rear-view, now its time to tighten your assets!!! Try sprints and stair climbing for your cardio workouts. Your leg training routine should include deep lunges, leg presses with moderate weight and body weight resistance exercises. Don't skip your weight workouts, while you're training remember to keep your gluts tight.
