i am 15 and have never actually been on a team sport, but have done sports for fun, so i don't exactly know technique. i want to get toned, and be better at sports, especially running. i have looked for personal trainers that train for sports but they all require you to be 18 or older, although the students who are on school sports or the gym sports programs can. how do i train on my own?
 
As a member of our facility, you only have to be 13 years of age to use the weight room. When you join, you receive two free fitness orientation that can show you how to properly use our weight equipment. If you want something more personalized towards you, hiring a personal trainer is available for member or non-members. Non-member rates per session are between $60-85 (session usually lasts around one hour). The personal trainer tailors the workout routine to your individual goals and needs, plus looking at posture alignment and foundation movement.
