I'm 23 years old and i was very athletic and toned up until i was about 20. Now it's a pain just to stretch, I have back problems and my muscles are so tight and i find it a chore just to do simple stretching...is there anything wrong or do i just need to exercise more and stretch more?
You should speak with your doctor about your back pain and see if physical therapy is the right path for you. I would not recommend a exercise routine without knowing where your pain is coming from and why? Contact your family physician before you begin anything new.
