i am a 15 yr. old female im about 5'3" and weigh 150lbs. ive weighed this same weight for about 2 years yet this year i look fatter. we work out in gym and i have gained arm muscles but it is doing nothing for my weight i was wondering how i can flatten my stomach asap because i hate being fat please help if you can thankyou
 
It's no fun to be unhappy with your body, but you're doing the right thing by maintaining an exercise program. Eating habits will account for about 80% of the results in changing your body. Examine the types of foods you eat on a regular basis. Write down everything you eat day to day and check for fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins and healthy fats such as nuts and fish. Are these foods a part of your regular diet? Unfortunately there is no easy way to lose weight. It takes hard work and discipline. By working out at the gym you have access to valuable resources and a wonderful support system.
