Im a 12 year old male(155lb) and i was wondering what diet i would have to use to loose weight?
 
Instead of thinking of diet in the short term, start thinking of diet as a long term way to describe your eating habits, in other words, a lifestyle change. In order to lose weight, the calories you consume must be less than the calories your expend on a daily basis. With that said, you should focus on calories as fuel for your body and consider your body a corvette! Would you put cheap gas in your corvette? Probably not, so don't put it in your body either. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables of all different colors, eat lean proteins and healthy fats. Avoid trans fats, saturated fats and refined sugars, these are often found in fast foods, fried foods and processed junk food.
