I would like to tone and strengthen my body, however, I hate lifting weights. If I participate in the Muscle Pump class at the GAC two times a week, will that be sufficient to tone and strengthen? I already do cardio 3-4 times a week for about 30 minutes.
 
I would reccommend weight training for toning and strengthening your body. Muscle Pump is a great class and will provide an excellent workout, but try adding resistance training to your program as well. During an aerobics class you perform very high repetitions, usually to the fast beat of the music, which means you need a lighter weight. Try a few resistance training workouts per week, yoga would be another great addition to your training.
