Since having a baby, my breasts are much larger than normal, despite my weight loss. I do NOT like this - it's difficult to run and do other exercises. My question is, what do I do to decrease my breast size? |

My first question to you is "are you nursing your baby?" If you are nursing your baby, your breasts are larger due to lactation. Although uncomfortable at times, its all worth it when you think about the wonderful benefits for both of you. Instead of running, try incline walking, stair climbing, or cycling, hopefully you can still weight train without too much discomfort. If you are not nursing your baby, your increased breast size could be due to increased body fat, even if the pounds have come off. Give yourself time to get back to feeling normal! |
