I am a 18 year old female, and I am disgusted with the way I look. I am 5' 7" and I weight 119 pounds. All my life I have been skinny and I just want to gain at least 10-15 pounds. I don't want to look buff just more weight mass. What should I do?
I would suggest some weight training. That way you can build lean muscle mass and not look bulky. Personal trainers at the GAC are available to help you look and feel better. Try a couple sessions to get a personalized weight routine that will benefit you and not make you gain too much muscle. Also, make sure you are eating enough fruit and vegetables and protein. Your personal trainer or dietitian can help you make healthy food choices.
