With regard to weight training, the fitness pros state you should do 3 set of 8-10 reps if you want to build muscel mass, and 3 set of 12-15 reps if you want to firm and tone. If you're trying to reduce the appearance of cellulite, which method would be the most beneficial?

Both recommendations will increase muscle growth and reduce body fat percentage. Yet, you will not see maximal results unless you follow good nutritional habits too. I always like to say, 'You are what you eat'. Most people will work out for extended periods of time, yet don't achieve the results they desire because they don't eat properly. Check out Genesys web page for nutritional information and/or ask a dietitian. As for your sets and reps, we recommend doing what feels comfortable for you. Most people are not genetically built to have the body builder type look, so I would not worry about bulking up too much.
