I'm 13, I'm about 5'5 and I weigh around 120 pounds. Is this a healthy weight? I do play volleyball but only for a small local team. I would really like to lose some weight or atleast gain some muscle, any ideas?
 
Your weight is perfect for your height. If you want to gain some muscle mass, too make you look long and lean...not bulky, incorporate weight training into your routine.
